JX-594 + irinotecan is an investigational combination therapy for cancer that pairs two distinct agents: - **JX-594 (Pexa-Vec, pexastimogene devacirepvec)** is a genetically engineered oncolytic vaccinia virus designed to selectively infect and lyse cancer cells.
