JY008

JY008 is a CD7-targeted chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) T-cell therapy developed by the Institute of Hematology & Blood Diseases Hospital, Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences. It is specifically designed for the treatment of relapsed or refractory acute myeloid leukemia (AML), targeting the CD7 antigen which is expressed in approximately 30% of AML cases. In clinical development, JY008 is being evaluated as part of a sequential treatment strategy following the administration of JY017 (a CD123/CLL-1 dual-targeted CAR-T therapy). This sequential approach aims to achieve minimal residual disease (MRD) negativity in patients who do not respond sufficiently to the initial CAR-T infusion, ultimately serving as a bridge to allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (allo-HSCT).
