JY010

JY010 is a recombinant humanized monoclonal antibody targeting the Epidermal Growth Factor Receptor (EGFR), developed by Beijing Dongfang Baitai Biotechnology. It is intended for the treatment of advanced solid tumors. By binding to the extracellular domain of EGFR, JY010 blocks the binding of endogenous ligands such as epidermal growth factor (EGF) and transforming growth factor-alpha (TGF-α), thereby inhibiting the activation of downstream signaling pathways involved in cell proliferation, survival, and angiogenesis. As a humanized antibody, it is designed to potentially offer improved safety and reduced immunogenicity compared to chimeric anti-EGFR antibodies like cetuximab.
