Drug intelligence / Profile preview
JY306 is an allogeneic, "off-the-shelf" (universal) natural killer (NK) cell therapy being developed for the treatment of CD70-positive malignant hematologic tumors. The therapy consists of NK cells engineered to target the CD70 antigen, which is highly expressed in various hematological malignancies, including acute myeloid leukemia (AML) and certain lymphomas, while having limited expression in normal tissues. As a "universal" NK cell product, JY306 is derived from healthy donors rather than the patient, potentially allowing for immediate availability and reduced manufacturing costs compared to autologous therapies. It is currently being evaluated in early-phase clinical trials to assess its safety, tolerability, and preliminary efficacy in patients with relapsed or refractory CD70+ hematological malignancies.
