Overview

**JY43-2** is a subcutaneous, fixed-dose biosimilar product comprising a daratumumab biosimilar and recombinant human hyaluronidase, developed by Hangzhou Jiuyuan Genetic Biopharmaceutical for multiple myeloma. The daratumumab component is a humanized anti-CD38 IgG1 monoclonal antibody intended to kill CD38-expressing myeloma cells through complement-dependent cytotoxicity, antibody-dependent cellular cytotoxicity, antibody-dependent cellular phagocytosis, and immune-microenvironment modulation. Recombinant human hyaluronidase transiently degrades subcutaneous hyaluronan to facilitate dispersion and absorption of the co-formulated antibody after subcutaneous injection.
