JYB1907

JYB1907 is a humanized monoclonal antibody targeting Glycoprotein A repetitions predominant (GARP; also known as LRRC32), a key activator of transforming growth factor beta 1 (TGF-β1). By binding to the GARP-TGF-β1 complex, JYB1907 blocks the activation and release of mature TGF-β1 in the tumor microenvironment. This mechanism is designed to inhibit immunosuppressive signaling and tumor progression mediated by TGF-β1, potentially enhancing antitumor immune responses. The drug is being developed primarily for the treatment of advanced or metastatic solid tumors.
