JYEST cell injection is a donor-derived Epstein-Barr virus (EBV)-specific T-cell therapy developed by the Institute of Hematology & Blood Diseases Hospital, Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences. It consists of T cells harvested from a donor and expanded ex vivo to specifically target EBV antigens. The therapy is designed to provide adoptive immunotherapy for the prevention and treatment of EBV infection and EBV-associated post-transplant lymphoproliferative disorder (PTLD) in patients undergoing allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (allo-HSCT). By restoring EBV-specific immunity in the immunocompromised recipient, these T cells aim to control viral replication and prevent clinical disease.
