Overview

JYP0322 is an orally available, selective small molecule inhibitor of the receptor tyrosine kinase c-ros oncogene 1 (ROS1). It is designed to target, bind to, and inhibit ROS1 activity, thereby blocking the proliferation of tumor cells driven by ROS1 gene fusions. These molecular fusions are present in several solid tumors, including non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC), glioma, and other locally advanced or metastatic cancers. The drug is currently being evaluated in Phase 1 clinical trials for its safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics, and preliminary efficacy in patients with ROS1 fusion-positive solid tumors[1][3][5].
