JZP898, also known as WTX-613, is a conditionally-activated interferon alpha (IFNα) INDUKINE molecule. Originally developed by Werewolf Therapeutics, exclusive global rights were licensed to Jazz Pharmaceuticals for development in oncology. This investigational immunotherapy is designed to be activated specifically within the tumor microenvironment, aiming to enhance anti-tumor activity while minimizing systemic toxicities associated with conventional interferon alpha therapies. It is currently undergoing Phase 1 clinical trials for advanced or metastatic solid tumors and lymphoma.
