Drug intelligence / Profile preview
K1.1 is an experimental drug candidate referenced in preclinical research for oncology, specifically hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC). According to available information, "K1.1/LNP" refers to a formulation of the agent K1.1 delivered via lipid nanoparticles (LNPs). In animal models, repeated systemic dosing of K1.1/LNP was found to reduce the growth of two different types of human HCC tumors orthotopically grafted into mice[8]. The precise mechanism of action, molecular target(s), and chemical structure have not been disclosed in public sources as of June 2025.
