Overview

K333 is a preclinical bispecific antibody developed by Beijing Luzhu Biotechnology for the treatment of myeloid leukemia. It is designed to simultaneously bind to CD33, a surface antigen highly expressed on myeloid leukemia cells, and CD3, a component of the T-cell receptor complex. By bridging these two targets, K333 redirects and activates cytotoxic T cells to specifically target and eliminate CD33-positive malignant cells. This T-cell engager approach aims to provide a potent and targeted immunotherapy for patients with myeloid malignancies, such as acute myeloid leukemia (AML).
