Drug intelligence / Profile preview
KACM-002 is an adoptive cell therapy being developed by Beijing Biohealthcare Biotechnology Co., Ltd. for the treatment of solid tumors. It is produced using the company's proprietary MTCA-CTL (Membrane-bound Tumor-associated Cytotoxic T Lymphocyte) platform, which generates T cells with a TCR-T style mechanism to enhance tumor-specific recognition and killing. The therapy involves the engineering of cytotoxic T lymphocytes to express specific receptors that target tumor-associated antigens. KACM-002 is currently undergoing Phase 1 clinical trials in China to evaluate its safety and preliminary efficacy in patients with advanced malignancies.
