Drug intelligence / Profile preview
KACM001 is an autologous lymphocyte injection developed by Beijing Kangai Ruihao Biotechnology. It is a cell-based immunotherapy currently in Phase I/II clinical development in China. The therapy involves the ex vivo expansion and activation of a patient's own lymphocytes, which are then re-infused to target and eliminate cancer cells. It is primarily being investigated for the treatment of advanced, HER2-negative gastric adenocarcinoma in combination with standard-of-care chemotherapy regimens, such as S-1 plus oxaliplatin or cisplatin, for previously untreated locally advanced unresectable or metastatic disease.
