Drug intelligence / Profile preview
KAHR-101 is a bi-functional fusion protein developed using KAHR Medical's proprietary Dual Signaling Protein (DSP) platform, which creates targeted biological drugs with two functional ends to simultaneously block or activate reinforcing biological signals for synergistic therapeutic effects. Initially advanced as a lead candidate for rheumatoid arthritis, it combines relevant portions of immune-related membrane proteins and has demonstrated preclinical efficacy in autoimmune disease models. The drug is part of KAHR's pipeline targeting cancer and autoimmune indications, supported by U.S. patent protection, with manufacturing partnerships for GMP production.[1][5][7][10][11]
