Drug intelligence / Profile preview
KAN-NEURO-01 is a first-in-class small molecule modulator of the ubiquitination pathway currently in preclinical development for the treatment of Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Discovered using Kantify's Sapian™ AI platform, the drug is being developed in collaboration with the CNRS-IPMC (Institut de Pharmacologie Moléculaire et Cellulaire). It aims to address the underlying biological mechanisms of ASD by targeting specific components of the protein degradation machinery, although the exact molecular target within the ubiquitination system has not been publicly disclosed. The program is currently undergoing preclinical validation.
