Drug intelligence / Profile preview
KAN-ONCO-03 is a first-in-class small molecule designed to modulate the ubiquitination pathway for the treatment of various cancers (pan-cancer). Discovered using Kantify's Sapian™ AI platform, the drug is being developed in collaboration with the Leiden University Medical Center (LUMC). As a modulator of the protein degradation machinery, KAN-ONCO-03 represents a novel approach to oncology by targeting the ubiquitination process, which is often dysregulated in malignant cells. The program is currently in the preclinical stage of development.
