Drug intelligence / Profile preview
KAN-ONCO-04 is a preclinical-stage small molecule degrader discovered using Kantify's Sapian™ AI platform. Developed in collaboration with the French National Centre for Scientific Research (CNRS) — specifically the Institute of Molecular Genetics of Montpellier (IGMM) and the Institute of Biomolecules Max Mousseron (IBMM) — the compound targets the ubiquitination pathway to facilitate the degradation of specific proteins involved in cancer. As a 'pan-cancer' therapeutic candidate, KAN-ONCO-04 represents a targeted protein degradation (TPD) approach designed to eliminate disease-driving proteins that may be difficult to target with traditional inhibitors.
