Kangxinning granules is a Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) formulation developed by the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region Pharmaceutical Industry Research Institute for the treatment of cardiovascular conditions. It is specifically indicated for stable exertional angina pectoris and coronary heart disease in patients exhibiting the TCM pattern of Qi deficiency and blood stasis. The therapeutic approach of the granules involves tonifying Qi and activating blood circulation to resolve stasis, which is intended to improve myocardial blood supply and alleviate chest pain.
