KangYanJingFang is a Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) herbal formula developed by Longhua Hospital, affiliated with the Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine. It is primarily investigated as an adjuvant therapy for patients with stage II high-risk or stage III colorectal cancer following radical surgery. The formula is administered in combination with standard chemotherapy regimens, such as CapeOx (capecitabine and oxaliplatin) or FOLFOX (fluorouracil, leucovorin, and oxaliplatin). The clinical objective of KangYanJingFang is to improve the chemotherapy completion rate, alleviate cancer-related fatigue, and enhance the overall quality of life by mitigating the systemic toxicities associated with cytotoxic chemotherapy.
