KB-GDT-01

KB-GDT-01 (Deltacel) is an investigational, allogeneic, off-the-shelf gamma delta T-cell (GDT) therapy developed by Kiromic BioPharma. It consists of unmodified, donor-derived gamma delta T cells and is designed to exploit the natural potency of these cells to target solid tumors. The primary clinical focus is on metastatic or locally advanced non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC), particularly in patients who have failed standard therapies including platinum-based chemotherapy, immune checkpoint inhibitors, and targeted therapy. The product is administered intravenously in combination with low-dose localized radiotherapy over a 10-day period. Interim results from the ongoing phase 1/2 Deltacel-01 trial show promising safety and efficacy data, including disease stabilization and tumor size reduction without dose-limiting toxicities[1][2][4][5][6][7][8].
