Overview

KBD102430 is an orally bioavailable small molecule inhibitor of Poly (ADP-ribose) polymerase (PARP) developed by Kangbaida (Sichuan) Biomedical Technology and Sichuan Hongming Boshi Pharmaceutical. The drug is designed to target the DNA damage response (DDR) pathway, specifically inducing synthetic lethality in tumor cells with homologous recombination repair (HRR) deficiencies, such as those harboring BRCA1 or BRCA2 mutations. KBD102430 is currently undergoing Phase I/II clinical evaluation (e.g., trial CTR20263128) for the treatment of unresectable or metastatic advanced solid tumors, including ovarian cancer, breast cancer, and prostate cancer, in patients with pathogenic or likely pathogenic HRR gene alterations.
