Overview

KBI-436 is a trispecific antibody candidate developed by KisoJi Biotechnology using its proprietary KisoBody platform. The molecule is engineered using heavy chain only antibody (VHH) domains fused to a human Fc region, resulting in a multispecific biologic with a molecular weight of approximately 140 kDa. KBI-436 is designed to simultaneously target dopamine receptor 2 (DRD2), which is often overexpressed in certain malignancies such as small cell lung cancer (SCLC), while also engaging the immune system through the inhibition of checkpoint pathways. Preclinical studies in human PBMC co-engraftment murine models have demonstrated significant anti-tumor activity, supporting its advancement into clinical trials for DRD2-positive solid tumors.
