Drug intelligence / Profile preview
**KC-15** is a preclinical, multi-component regenerative therapy being developed by Kidney Cell for chronic kidney disease and kidney failure. The program combines stem cells, growth factors, exosomes, microRNAs, selected alkaloids, amniotic fluid, platelet-rich fibrin, a nutrient-engineering hydrogel, kidney matrix, and other components. It is intended to promote kidney repair and regeneration through alpha-Klotho-related bioelectric signaling, stem-cell homing, and regenerative protein activity, using localized delivery through a refillable implantable micro-infusion pump together with bioelectric stimulation.
