KD-025 CAR-T cells

KD-025 CAR-T cells are a second-generation chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) T-cell therapy targeting NKG2D ligands (NKG2DLs). These are autologous T cells engineered to express a CAR based on the natural killer group 2D (NKG2D) receptor, which recognizes and binds to tumor cells expressing NKG2DLs. Upon infusion, these CAR-T cells specifically target and kill cancer cells that express NKG2DLs. KD-025 has shown potent anti-tumor activity in preclinical models, particularly against liver cancer, with the ability to eliminate liver tumors in xenograft mouse models.
