KD018 + irinotecan

KD018 + irinotecan is a combination therapy consisting of KD018—a standardized and well-characterized Chinese herbal medicine formulation also known as PHY906 or YIV-906—and irinotecan, a topoisomerase I inhibitor. KD018 is derived from traditional Chinese medicine and has been studied as an adjuvant to chemotherapy and radiation therapy for its potential to reduce gastrointestinal toxicity and enhance antitumor activity. It modulates the tumor microenvironment, reduces inflammation, and may improve patient tolerance to cytotoxic therapies[2][3][9].
