Overview

KELI-103 is an allogeneic, off-the-shelf cell therapy being developed by KELI Therapeutics for the treatment of moderate to severe acute respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS). Derived from ethically sourced postpartum placental tissue, the therapy consists of placental mesenchymal stromal cells produced using a scalable 2D/3D bioreactor manufacturing process (the KELI-100 platform). KELI-103 exerts its therapeutic effects through immunomodulatory and regenerative mechanisms, specifically by suppressing pro-inflammatory cytokine activation, reducing lung inflammation, promoting tissue repair, and preventing fibrosis. It is currently in the preclinical stage of development.
