Drug intelligence / Profile preview
KELI-104 is a preclinical cell therapy program developed by KELI Therapeutics for the treatment of neutrophilic dermatoses, including hidradenitis suppurativa. The therapy is based on the KELI-100 platform, which utilizes bioreactor-expanded placental stromal cells. KELI-104 is designed to manage and modulate aberrant immune responses and alleviate skin inflammation. Preclinical studies have demonstrated its ability to suppress stimulated patient lymphocyte proliferation and shift the immune response toward an anti-inflammatory state, leveraging the natural immunomodulatory and regenerative properties of placental stromal cells.
