KELI-301 is an investigational cell therapy-derived product consisting of extracellular vesicles (EVs) derived from placental stromal cells. Developed by KELI Therapeutics (formerly Kelifarma) using the KELI-300 platform, these EVs are harvested from the company's proprietary KELI-100 bioreactor-based placental stromal cell line. KELI-301 is designed to deliver a concentrated payload of bioactive molecules that mediate paracrine, regenerative, and immunomodulatory effects. The mechanism involves inhibiting immune cell activation and delivering factors that reduce inflammation and fibrosis while stimulating tissue repair. Currently in the IND-enabling stage, KELI-301 is being investigated for the treatment of symptomatic joint osteoarthritis and other chronic inflammatory or fibrotic conditions.
