Drug intelligence / Profile preview
Kelo-Stretch is a topical cosmetic cream formulated to prevent and reduce the appearance of stretch marks by improving skin elasticity, hydration, and collagen organization. It is marketed for use during periods of rapid skin distension such as pregnancy, weight change, or growth, and is typically applied twice daily with massage to areas at risk of or affected by striae. The formulation contains emollients such as shea butter and sweet almond oil, and plant-derived actives including titrated extract of Centella asiatica and other ingredients aimed at supporting collagen and elastin structure, thereby decreasing the width and discoloration of existing stretch marks while helping to prevent new lesions from forming.[1][3][6][8][9][11]
