Drug intelligence / Profile preview
Keraheal-Allo is an allogeneic cell therapy developed by Biosolution (CO Solution) for the treatment of deep second-degree burns. It consists of allogeneic skin-derived keratinocytes formulated in a temperature-sensitive hydrogel. When applied topically to burn wounds, the hydrogel transitions from a liquid to a gel state at body temperature, providing a scaffold for the keratinocytes to promote re-epithelialization and wound healing. The product is approved in South Korea and is covered by workers' compensation insurance.
