**Ketamine-methylphenidate conjugate** is an unbranded, computationally designed covalent small-molecule conjugate of ketamine and methylphenidate proposed for the dual treatment of major depressive disorder and attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder. The molecule was designed in ChemDraw and evaluated only through in-silico ADMET prediction, molecular docking, molecular-dynamics simulation, and MMGBSA analysis. Its proposed primary target is tryptophan hydroxylase 2, the rate-limiting enzyme for brain serotonin biosynthesis. The published computational study predicted blood-brain-barrier penetration, drug-like properties, low modeled toxicity, and stronger docking affinity for tryptophan hydroxylase 2 than either parent compound; however, no experimental pharmacology, animal data, clinical trial, dosage form, route of administration, manufacturer, regulatory approval, or clinical development program has been reported.
