Overview

KeyGen-ENPP3 is a preclinical-stage therapeutic program developed by Beijing KeyGen, focusing on the development of monoclonal antibodies and antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs) targeting Ectonucleotide Pyrophosphatase/Phosphodiesterase 3 (ENPP3). ENPP3, also known as CD203c, is a transmembrane protein significantly overexpressed in certain cancers, most notably clear cell renal cell carcinoma (ccRCC), while maintaining limited expression in normal tissues. The ADC candidate is designed to utilize the specificity of the anti-ENPP3 antibody to deliver a potent cytotoxic payload directly into tumor cells upon internalization, thereby inducing cell death while sparing healthy cells. This targeted approach aims to provide a more effective and less toxic treatment option for ENPP3-positive malignancies.
