KeyGen-ROR1 is an investigational therapeutic program being developed by Beijing KeyGen Biotech, encompassing both monoclonal antibody and antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) formats. The program targets the Receptor Tyrosine Kinase Like Orphan Receptor 1 (ROR1), a type I transmembrane protein that is highly expressed in various hematological and solid malignancies—including chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL), mantle cell lymphoma (MCL), and breast, lung, and ovarian cancers—while remaining largely absent in healthy adult tissues. This differential expression profile makes ROR1 an attractive target for selective cancer therapy. The KeyGen-ROR1 ADC is designed to bind specifically to ROR1-expressing tumor cells, undergo internalization, and release a cytotoxic payload to induce cell death. The monoclonal antibody format may further contribute to anti-tumor activity through direct signaling inhibition or immune-mediated mechanisms. The program is currently in the preclinical stage of development.
