Overview

ONO-4685 is an investigational anti-PD-1/CD3 bispecific antibody being developed for the treatment of relapsed or refractory T-cell lymphoma. It binds specifically to human PD-1 and CD3. PD-1 is an inhibitory receptor expressed on activated T and B cells, as well as on malignant T-cells in some subtypes of T-cell lymphomas. CD3 is a component protein of the T-cell receptor. As a CD3-bispecific antibody, ONO-4685 engages T-cells with malignant cells to induce anti-tumor activity. The drug is administered intravenously and is currently being evaluated in Phase 1 clinical trials.
