Kezimuke Keli is a traditional Kazakh medicine (TKM) developed by the Xinjiang Altay Region Kazakh Medical Hospital. Formulated as oral granules, it is specifically indicated for the treatment of acute uncomplicated lower urinary tract infections. In the framework of Kazakh medical theory, the preparation is used to clear heat, eliminate toxins, and promote diuresis to alleviate symptoms such as urgency, frequency, and painful urination (dysuria). The drug has undergone clinical evaluation in China, including Phase III trials, to establish its efficacy and safety profile as a botanical-based therapy for urological conditions.
