Drug intelligence / Profile preview
KF-0210 + atezolizumab is an investigational combination therapy being studied for the treatment of advanced solid tumors. KF-0210 is an oral small molecule drug currently in Phase 1 clinical trials to evaluate its safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics, pharmacodynamics, and anti-tumor activity as both a single agent and in combination with atezolizumab. Atezolizumab is a monoclonal antibody immune checkpoint inhibitor that targets programmed death-ligand 1 (PD-L1), blocking its interaction with PD-1 and B7.1 receptors on T cells to enhance the immune system's ability to fight cancer cells. The combination is under investigation for several cancers including colorectal cancer (microsatellite stable), lung cancer, squamous cell carcinoma of the esophagus, gastric cancer, and bladder cancer[5][8][2].
