The molecule features an extended half-life domain for improved pharmacokinetics and utilizes tumor protease activation for enhanced tumor selectivity[2][3][9]. Developed by Shanghai Kangkang Biopharmaceutical Co., Ltd., KGX103 remains in preclinical development with no reported clinical trial data or regulatory approvals as of June 2025[1][2].
