KH1230 is a synthetic analogue of 1α,25-dihydroxyvitamin D3 (calcitriol) developed by Leo Pharma. It is chemically characterized as 20-epi-22-oxa-24a,26a,27a-trihomo-1α,25-dihydroxyvitamin D3.
