Khamira Gaozaban Sada is a classical Unani (traditional Islamic/South Asian) herbal medicine formulated as a semi-solid paste (khamira). It is primarily used as a cardio-brain tonic to strengthen the nerves, brain, and heart. Developed and manufactured by traditional pharmacies such as Dawakhana Tibbiya College (Aligarh Muslim University) and Hamdard Laboratories, it is indicated for the treatment of mental fatigue, stress, anxiety, insomnia, memory loss, vertigo, and heart palpitations. It is also traditionally used to alleviate symptoms of the common cold, flu, and sore throat. The formulation contains a mixture of herbal ingredients, with Gaozaban (*Borago officinalis*, or borage) serving as the primary active component, alongside other traditional herbs like coriander, sandalwood, and honey.
