Overview

**KHS-C4** is a PROTAC (proteolysis-targeting chimera) degrader designed to target transforming acidic coiled-coil-containing protein 3 (TACC3). It degrades TACC3 at low nanomolar concentrations, strongly synergizes with anti-mitotic drugs, and eliminates residual cancer cells. Selected for further evaluation to establish in vivo proof-of-concept for PROTAC-based therapy against cancers driven by FGFR3-TACC3 (F3T3) fusions.[3][5]
