Overview

**KIN-102** is a preclinical, tumor-retentive intratumoral immunostimulant being developed by Kinimmune for solid tumors that are refractory to immune-checkpoint inhibitors. It is a small-volume nanosuspension comprising glatiramer acetate complexed with a CpG immunostimulant. The formulation is intended to retain CpG within injected tumor tissue, locally activate innate immunity through Toll-like receptor 9, convert immunologically cold tumors to inflamed tumors, and reduce systemic exposure-related toxicity while supporting combination treatment with checkpoint inhibitors.
