Overview

KIN-112 is an investigational, localized cancer immunotherapy being developed by Kinimmune. It is a tissue-retentive complex consisting of a proprietary, next-generation glatiramoid peptide complexed with a CpG Toll-like receptor 9 (TLR9) agonist. Designed for intratumoral administration, KIN-112 is engineered to concentrate innate immune activation directly within the tumor microenvironment, thereby limiting systemic exposure and associated toxicities while promoting a robust, localized antitumor immune response. The program is currently in the lead optimization stage of preclinical development for the treatment of solid tumors.
