Drug intelligence / Profile preview
KIN-113 is an investigational, next-generation glatiramoid conjugated to a pathogen-associated molecular pattern (PAMP) under development by Kinimmune for the treatment of solid tumors. Part of the Kinnate™ series, KIN-113 is designed for localized administration to stimulate innate immune activation within the tumor microenvironment. By combining a tissue-retentive glatiramoid peptide with a PAMP, the therapy aims to engage pattern recognition receptors (PRRs) on local immune cells, promoting antigen presentation and a coordinated antitumor immune response while minimizing systemic toxicity. KIN-113 is currently in the discovery stage of development.
