KIND-030

KIND-030 is a monoclonal antibody developed for the prevention and treatment of canine parvovirus (CPV) infection in dogs. It specifically targets the parvovirus and has shown promise in pivotal studies, demonstrating 100% survival in treated dogs compared to placebo. There are currently no FDA or USDA approved treatments for CPV in dogs, making KIND-030 a first-in-class therapeutic for this significant unmet veterinary need. The antibody aims to both prevent clinical signs of CPV in exposed or at-risk dogs (prophylactic) and to treat established infections. Development is conducted by Kindred Biosciences, with exclusive global rights granted to Elanco Animal Health for marketing and further development.
