KIND-032

KIND-032 is a fully caninized monoclonal antibody developed for veterinary use, specifically targeting the interleukin-4 receptor (IL-4R) on immune cells for the treatment of atopic dermatitis in dogs. By binding to IL-4R, KIND-032 blocks both IL-4 and IL-13 cytokine signaling pathways, thereby inhibiting key drivers of allergic inflammation. This approach differs from anti-IL-4/IL-13 SINK molecules that target circulating cytokines. KIND-032 has demonstrated positive safety, pharmacokinetics, and initial efficacy in placebo-controlled pilot studies, with ongoing development to assess dosing and further efficacy. Atopic dermatitis is a leading cause of veterinary visits in dogs.
