KINE-101B is an investigational synthetic peptide developed by Kine Science for the treatment of autoimmune and inflammatory conditions, with a primary focus on Inflammatory Bowel Disease (IBD). The therapeutic is designed to act as an immune regulator by inducing the differentiation and stabilization of T regulatory (Treg) cells. By enhancing the population and suppressive activity of Tregs, KINE-101B aims to restore immune homeostasis and suppress excessive inflammatory responses in the gut mucosa without causing broad systemic immunosuppression.
