Overview

Kit-M is an immunomodulatory cocktail composed of Granulocyte-Macrophage Colony-Stimulating Factor (GM-CSF) and Prostaglandin E1 (PGE1). It is designed to convert acute myeloid leukemia (AML) blasts into leukemia-derived dendritic cells (DCleu) ex vivo. These DCleu then activate leukemia-specific immune responses, including T-cell activation, enhanced blast lysis, and modulation of inhibitory checkpoint molecules, aiming to overcome immune escape mechanisms in AML and myelodysplastic neoplasms (MDS), particularly after allogeneic stem cell transplantation. The goal is to stabilize remission and improve prognosis in patients.
