KIVU-202 is an investigational antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) developed by Kivu Bioscience for the treatment of solid tumors. It utilizes advanced, next-generation proprietary ADC technologies, including Synaffix’s GlycoConnect™ site-specific conjugation platform, to create highly stable and homogenous ADCs with optimized linker and payload combinations. The drug is designed to maximize therapeutic efficacy while minimizing off-tumor toxicity by targeting asparagine-297 for precise conjugation. KIVU-202 employs a topoisomerase I inhibitor-based payload, which disrupts DNA replication in cancer cells, leading to cell death.
