KJ-102

KJ-102 is a preclinical-stage humanized monoclonal antibody developed by Kisoji Biotechnology that targets the Leukocyte Immunoglobulin Like Receptor B2 (LILRB2), also known as ILT4. LILRB2 is an inhibitory receptor primarily expressed on myeloid cells, such as macrophages and myeloid-derived suppressor cells (MDSCs), within the tumor microenvironment. By antagonizing LILRB2, KJ-102 prevents its interaction with ligands like HLA-G, thereby reversing myeloid-mediated immunosuppression and promoting a pro-inflammatory, anti-tumor environment. The drug is currently being developed for the treatment of solid tumors and hematological malignancies.
