Drug intelligence / Profile preview
KJ-C2526 is an investigational universal allogeneic CAR-T cell therapy developed using the THANK-uCAR platform by CARsgen Therapeutics. It targets NKG2D ligands (NKG2DL), which are stress-induced proteins commonly expressed on the surface of malignant cells and senescent cells. The therapy is being developed for the treatment of acute myeloid leukemia (AML), other malignancies, and cellular senescence. As a universal CAR-T product, it is designed to be used off-the-shelf rather than being patient-specific. The THANK-uCAR platform enables enhanced persistence and antitumor activity in vivo[1][3][6].
